The brief for this project was to create simple yet stylish outdoor living that lent to a young family’s needs in a brand-new development.
The DESIGN by Andy Hamilton focused on a practical and understated approach using finishes from Cedar to steel and concrete. Central to the idea was to ensure each outdoor space would accentuate the architecture of each property, while giving prospective buyers a real feeling of what’s possible.
Simple design and attention-to-detail through the CONSTRUCTION of the project elevated the front and rear gardens, driveways, lawns, paved patios, and planting, layout in line with each site’s modern-architectural look.
